Project Worker Complex Needs/CWS

Central Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Project Worker, to work in the Westminster area. The service provides support to residents with various support needs including mental health, to help them navigate practical and emotional challenges, build essential life skills and reconnect with opportunities that support longer-term independence and wellbeing.

The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday - Sunday on a rota basis covering early (7AM - 2:30PM & 7AM - 4:30PM), mid (10AM - 6PM), late (1:30PM - 9:30PM) and long (7AM - 8:30PM & 8AM - 9:30PM - weekends only) shifts. You will work 3 out of 6 weekends. Temporary cover is required for approximately 3 months. The pay rate is £15.29 per hour, with £1.85 holiday pay, totalling £17.14 per hour.

In this position, you will be required to:
- Hold a caseload of 7 key clients and undertake regular key working sessions resulting in co-produced support and safety plans
- Work in line with psychologically informed and trauma-aware approaches that prioritise safety, dignity and choice.
- Use appropriate assessment tools to identify needs, risks and protective factors.
- Support residents to develop day-to-day living skills, such as managing their home, finances and routines, in ways that promote independence.
- Encourage engagement in education, training, employment, leisure and community activities that align with individual goals.
- Build positive working relationships with external professionals, including health, mental health, social care and community services.
- Support residents to engage with external services, including preparation for appointments or transitions where needed.
- Contribute to the safe and effective day-to-day running of the service across shifts.

- Experience managing caseloads, conducting assessments, and analysing data to identify resident needs.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols
- Understanding and adherence to relevant policies and procedures in supported accommodation services
- Ability to create collaborative support plans, build rapport, and foster collaboration with residents.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with professionals from various disciplines.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate records and preparing reports while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
