Worker Benefits
Speed of Registration (& re-registration)
Our aim is to register candidates and get them into work as quickly as possible and although our registration process is incredibly thorough, we regularly achieve this within 5 working days (for those with a portable DBS). On average our registration process will take between 10 – 15 working days.
Volume of work
We manage a number of organisations' staff banks, so we have hundreds of ad hoc & emergency shifts to cover every week. For candidates that are looking to get into work as quickly as possible, this means you can start working the moment your registration is complete, assuming you have the right experience and availability.
In addition to ad hoc work, we are the agency of choice for over 50 London based organisations, who ask us to provide workers and managers to cover temporary full-time vacancies and permanent positions.

Pension Enrolment
In line with current pension legislation (Pensions Act 2008), Central auto-enroll all eligible workers, make payments on their behalf and add employer contributions.
Our chosen pension provider is Nest, which we have chosen for its low fees and flexibility, allowing workers to opt in or out at any time.
